- Honesty about what you want, what you can afford, the area that is right for you, and your specific needs - help me help you by answering questions honestly.
- Agreement by all the decision makers involved in the investment - spouse, business partner, children, etc.
- Preparedness to walk the property - appropriate scheduling, attire, etc.
- Emotional and Financial preparedness to invest in property.
- You must have made the decision to make a decision if and when we find the property that is right for you. On a weekly basis, I speak with people who found the "right property" 2 or more years ago, but did not take advantage of their opportunity. They are calling me because they still have not found another property that feels like the first one or because any replacements they have found are not affordable. Many of them eventually give up completely. You don't want this to happen to you, and I don't want to be part of an experience like this.

- Be willing to complete government mandated paperwork (disclosure of agency) Have planned in advance what you will do when we walk on the right property.
